Dear respected governor Area-7 Gene Padillo,

Thank you and thanks to your team for this initiative by having all your clubs elect their officers and submit the list to TMI. If all officers get trained in your next scheduled COT and training record is submitted each club will earn an easy DCP point. I wish success to other areas governors to help their clubs elect new officers and submit their names to WHQ. More importantly to give them chance to be trained, because trained leaders are better service leaders. Let's pay our dues on time, submit officers' list on time and train our officers and submit training records on time and add 5 members to be distinguished club. This is the only way my fellow leaders you can and will make a difference by having more distinguished clubs thereby making your area, division distinguished and ultimately making your district president distinguished and number one again.
