As you know, Division F has had a wonderful year thanks to great participation from its members and the support of the District.

 

The Division F Club Officers Training, on 14 June 2013, was the last event of the year and we have closed our accounts.

 

We had collected a modest sum of SR 58,500 from sponsors during 2012-13. Yet we managed to conduct:

•  2 Officers Trainings in December 2012 and June 2013 (about 120 members attended each)

• The Division F Contest (about 260 members attended)

• A Spelling Bee for Division F Toastmasters' children (160 persons attended).

 

We were able to do this without taking any money from the District, for training, for starting new clubs, and other dues which normally would have been given by the District to the Division, which I believe could have amounted to  SR10000+.

 

Dear DG, this has been our support to the District. I am happy that we still have a small surplus of SR 1537.00, which we will hand over to the District.

 

We will have our accounts audited this week and submit the same to you in the next 10 days.
