Dominica's Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit made the following announcement moments ago:
"Good evening,
At 7:30 tonight, I will be addressing the nation, live on this page and on all local media.
Immediately afterward, I will be joining the rest of the Labour team at Virgin Lane in the city for our block meeting.
Let us stay focused, my friends!"
