Earlier today, Chair of the Conference of Heads of Government of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), Barbados' Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley held a Press Briefing in Guyana alongside her colleagues (PMs Rowley, Gonsalves, Skerrit, and Mitchell) before departing for Barbados.
