how to get rid of the 1k Limit / App? Whom to address and how much to pay?

Hi Boris,

We do not currently offer any paid services. If you are hitting the 1,000 req/hour limit, we recommend caching responses on your end to limit the amount of calls you are making. Please send over some more information about your application if you are unable to stay under the 1,000 limit.
