I'm trying to implement Disqus on my site, which uses ASP.NET coding.
I noticed a bug in Firefox when users attempt to post as guest. When
they click the Post as Guest button, the "Optional Register a Disqus
profile" overlay window comes up. In IE and Chrome, the overlay window
stays there until the user chooses to either register or "Just post a
guest." However, in Firefox 3.5, the overlay flashes briefly on the
screen but the entire page refreshes itself, wiping out the overlay
screen before users can either register or "just post as guest."

Is there a way to stop this refresh from happening or to stop the
"register a disqus profile" dialog box from popping up in the first
place?

Yes, just noticed this myself - I think this is the bug that Stepto
from Xbox live fame was referring to when he started to test out
IntenseDebate?

I'll be implementing this for a client soon - is there any thoughts on
this issue?

Thanks

Is there a URL where I can see this behavior from? I haven't been
able to reproduce this behavior with Firefox 3.5 on a number of test
sites. Feel free to email me a ja...@disqus.com directly.

Thanks,
Jason

This was a confirmed bug, and a fix has been pushed. Let us know if
you are still having problems.
