Blocking certain users from posting via PHP embed script?

I'm using Disqus for my site and the user names are coming from my PHP variables. However, I'd like to make it to where certain users are allowed to view comments, but they cannot post comments.

You can control who can post comments in your forum directly through the Disqus forum blacklist/whitelist https://help.disqus.com/customer/portal/articles/466242-using-the-blacklist-and-whitelist.
