Embedded Disqus Script shows wrong domain name (but Disqus working fine) - how to change?

We recently moved to a new server and after that introduced Disqus on our page www.smarticular.net

For some time we had issues with some links that were not updated properly, now everything works fine.

Except that Disqus still reflects the wrong (before move) Domain name in it's script. I don't know if that is an issue and what this variable is used for. Do I need to change it and how can I do that?

proper domain name: www.smarticular.net

wrong domain name: wordpress.p256623.webspaceconfig.de
