Switching to a new site and new URLs

I used to have Disqus enabled for http://erlang.dmitriid.com/ for
links that looked like this: /news/item/id

I am now moving the site to http://erlanger.ru/ and to links that look
like this: /page/other_id/title

Is there a way to tell Disqus that not only the site changed (this can
be done in settings) but the URLs changed as well? I want to retain
old discussions for new URLs
