Please be advised that Dispute Solver's main objective was to have Board members of Al-Hedaya masjid and ICNA come to an agreement to OPEN a long standing issue of Masjid's property and its construction.

•  Alhamdolilah now the File has been re-opened.
• InshaAllah the decision will be made soon and appropriately since both parties will sit together SOON.
• ICNA and Masjid board members are both well respected.
• Disputesolver group re-assure ICNA president that we are a neutral group.
• Disputesolver group comprised of un-disclosed members from both organization.
• Disputesolver group is proud to have provided this service regardless of harsh emails sent to us.
• Disputesolver group concludes that the objective has been achieved and active discussion is going on.
• Disputesolver group is NOW placed on temporary hold leading towards permanent based on actions of both the parties.
• We also want to assure both the parties for cooperation in future in "khair and maroof"

 

We all are very grateful to Allah and all the community members that have actively participated to bring this issue from BACK BURNER to FRONT BURNER. We sincerely apologize to all who has been hurt by harsh emails. We are also sorry for the unsolicited emails that went out to the folks that have no interest in the issue.

May Allah reward you all for the patience and perseverance you have shown.
