Regarding property dispute you can get first hand informatiom from our Imam Hafiz Inayattullah or any of the responsible person in ICNA. We request you to please act towards solving the dispute, resolve the personal differences and work towards the construction of proper masjid.

Dear brothers in Islam
I am not an official spokesman for ICNA and I never subscribe to disputesolver but some time I get these messeges and I collect and keep these messeges for future reference.
I am in the the Atlanta Area for more than 8 yrs and visiting very often the marrietta comunity.Mashallah I was wishing to move to this comunity but a year or less some thing happen ,bad eye or some thing else. ICNA never came to marrietta and put the gun on the comunity to get out of the place which is belong to icna and they will build club there or some other buisness I am sure nobody and no body can prove this at all. And who will answer this that who started this issue.Icna never ask the comunity to get the property back as par as my information.
So the question is rised why some people come  from here and there and want to kick out ICNA from this comunity.
Evry day or every week some skuds are firing at ICNA and who give the authority to the so called dispute solovers rather disputemakers and make the issue worse. I never heard a word on this forum from any resposible brother from icna or the masjid responsible member. I think this is the time to fear ALLAH SWT Leave this matter to responsible members of ICNA committee specially working on this project and Masjid Board.and not to blame this and that.
When you point a finger at brother four fingers are pointedat you.
After watching all these in my inbox these came to my mind may ALLAH SWT forgave all of us and guide us to the Straight Path.
