Brs. Tufail, Khurshid Khan, Iqbal Kalla and our brothers in Islam
Assalam o alaikum

Thanks for your input in this issue and the concerns raised in your email. We have contacted President of Masjid Board, and got the feed back from him. masjid board is willing to sit down and have this issue resolved ASAP.
We did contacted ICNA administrators through our emails to know that what there options are towards resolving this matter. What we came to know that ICNA being a nationwide organization, has its own priorities. This matter must be at the bottom of there agenda, that might be the reason we are not getting feed back from them (Allah knows best).
For the Marietta community being deprived of proper masjid facility for years, this is the high priority for us.
We do understand that brs. Khurshid Khan, Salim Qureshi, Hamid Khan, Saghir Nizami and others are devoted workers of ICNA, so accordingly they all must be busy in their activities towards ICNA organization, dawah and relief etc. May Allah give them energies and determination to fulfill their responsibilities...... Amin.
We really don't have any gauge to measure the sincerity of the ICNA brothers as mentioned by br. Saghir Nizami (we simply don't doubt any of the muslim brothers' being not sincere). What we know is this we did not receive any feed back from them, in this issue. We apologise for some of our ICNA friends, if there feelings, being hurt through these communications. But at the same time they have to be sensitive about the problems of there muslim brothers, sisters and families living here in Marietta and being deprived of a proper Masjid facility, with proper parking and presentable building to invite the non-muslims towards Islam and have inter-faith activities.
As for the arbitration concerns, we do have in our team, brothers that are well versed in arbitration procedures and have atleast 25 years of dispute solving experience.
Last but not the least, a reminder to myself and all the muslim brothers/sisters. We recently lost two of our very good brothers (Saeed Razzak and Waheed uddin) pray for them. Both of them took the lead and we all have to follow them for sure.
For brother Saeed, I know that he did clear all his worldly matters before leaving. He did not owe any thing to anybody, his belonging were already being decided, where they will go. He was busy getting preparing for the next world long before he left us, May Allah (swt) have mercy and maghfirah for br. Saeed and Br. Waheeduddin.......... Amin!
My respected brothers, at this moment of time we should reflect and review our priorities in this life and also reflect upon following saying of our beloved prophet (peace be upon him):

"The just will be with Allah upon minbars of light to the right of the Merciful, and both of  His hands are right hands. They are the ones who are just with respect to the rulings, people and what they were in-charge of."   (Muslim)

Respected Mushtaq Bhai and all community members, thank you very much for your input and your clear intention to solve this issue. I am a member of this community and would like to share my view. This is a muslim community issue, which can be solve very easy according to the Quran. In soora MAHIDA we have solution for this dispute. If any party don't want to resolve this issue according to the Quran, then we need build the masjid with metual understanding and agreement or buy the property from ICNA ,or ICNA can buy the remaining property from the community ,with the condition to build the masjid according to the community need.
I have no intention to hurt anybody's feelings at all, but if it dose, I am asking for forgiveness.
Please remember me in your DUA.
Wasalam..

Assalam o alaikum   All the brothers

We don't want to get distracted by comments coming from our friends. The core issue is construction of the Masjid in Marietta. We are seeking cooperation from ICNA and Masjid board to resolve this issue. There have been many meetings and sessions between these two parties, that did not bring required results.
We are presuming that there are some grievances that might have not been addressed during these talks, with this in our mind we have decided to come-up with a group of people from Marietta community to act as arbitrator and resolve the issue based on our understanding of guidance from Quran and Sunnah.
Mr. Khurshid Khan (President ICNA-USA), committee members for this issue (with ICNA) and Mr. Iqbal Kalla (President masjid board) and all the members of board are being requested for cooperation in resolving this matter.
To initiate the process we have already talked to President of masjid board, to get input from him in this issue. Now we are looking forward to here from ICNA's President or any other brother who is given the responsibility to take care of this matter.
We understand that there is no issue in this world, that can not be resolved. May Allah guide us to the right path, the path of rewarded ones  Amin!

Brother Saghir Nizami,

Salam Alaikum. What you are referring in your email is very disturbing. I am also very dis-appointed that you think you are in a position to doubt Brother Salim's (President ICNA Atlanta) skills and capabilties to resolve the ISSUE. We as a muslim should have full confidence in our leadeship.
Please refrain yourself to be an AQL-E-KUL. Such emails create an hostile environment against brothers. This is not a political arena, but I belive all can take part accordingly if you create such an environment. The discussion has not ended and will continue.

Brother Mushtaque, Is this what you have intended, since we are not the cronic worker be insulted by your ICNA collegues.?
I always supported ICNA and have high regards for brother Salim. I have joined in your convention and supported them. Brother Hamid is witness to all this.

Dear Brother Mushtaq and others!

What is the ISSUE, people are going to resolve this
way?
As far as I know, ICNA did not initiate an issue, if
there were any.
What is community of Marrietta that is suffering?
Who is its representative?
A MOB can't reach any destination because it does not
know the "WHY".

There is no issue in this world that can be resolved
in ONE hour which involves many people and/or groups;
or gathering on a street and presenting speeches in
front of people who either don't have knowledge or not
concerned.

Brothers,
A committee of very sincere, learned and capable
personnel is working on this. [Which is the right way
to reach to a point of agreement] ICNA is a nation
wide organization not a local group of 4. It's main
focus is Da'wah. Let it work its own way and priority
of goals. There are many important and urgent things
to do.
Let them take their time and do not take this matter
to streets and be patient.

Please let only concerned people talk about it and
please don't post any sarcastic comments. It can only
fuel the differences and grievances.

Ma'Salaam.
Saghir Nizami
