John Breslin has published a very nice paper on how a decentalized
twitter/jaiku system would work, and apparently has some demo code
coming.

Just scanning the paper, it looks like something that may be a
tremendous wordpress plugin, possibly something the DiSo project would
specifically be interesting in wrapping up into their suite of
plugins. Thoughts?
