Setting the centre of a world map to the international dateline

I've attached a pdf of a map of tsunami events and I wondered if it is possible to have the centre of the plot as the international date line, as tsunami events occur most frequently in the Pacific Ocean and Pacific rim.

Dear Ian,

if you scale the X-axis from 0.0 to 360.0, the international date line (180.0) will be located at the center of the X-axis.
For cylindrical equidistant projections, the scaling parameters in GRAFMP for the X-axis  can be in the range of -540 to 540
(see PROJCT).

Thanks again. I've attached an updated gif and pdf. I had to adjust the latitude/longitude
pairs for the events of the west coast.
