The C example from the documentation does not work

Hi!

When you click on the list at the bottom, a list item should appear in the text input field. When I click on an item in the list, I receive a message "Not allowed ID".

Please help me fix the error.

If you make a project in C, then everything works. I haven't figured out how to make it work in C++ yet. I have attached the project.
