fortran package manager and dislin

Hi Helmut,

I am not sure if it is the right place to ask for it. But i was wondering how

Dislin can be used with Fortran package manager (https://fpm.fortran-lang.org/)

for Windows OS.

I have been using Dislin for a while now and recently started using 

Fortran package manager. So i was interested to update my work with integration

of fpm and  Dislin. ButI could not figure out how to do some

configuration to make it work.

If anyone has done it it would be very helpful to share the experience.

fpm has now support for OpenMP too.
