How to check power supply at standalone.

Most of the failures are caused by leakage of the capacitor and resulting pattern destruction.
If replacing all the capacitors and repairing the pattern does not help ,
the transistor or diode are damaged.
If there is no power out put on the secondary side (T2 output)
,the power stream IC is broken.
