One note not working

Hello all

On my C3 Mark IV, one note in silent mode has stopped working. It is the D, 2 above middle C. I have recently had all the keys replaced by Yamaha due to lifting keytops. I am not sure whether or not I have played the piano in silent mode since then.

Any suggestions?

Try switching the Disklavier off and back on again.

Hello all

I did not get a solution to my Mark IV problem. Now that the festive season is over, I wonder if any of you tech guys out there might have any suggestions.
