II Annual Interdisciplinary Postgraduate Conference
1st December 2007
University of Warwick

You are invited to participate in a day of exploration of the highs
and the lows of the research experience. The conference will be an
opportunity to reflect upon the experiences of doing research: of
negotiating access or research relationships, of finding a researcher
identity, of trying out new methodologies or engaging with dusty
archives.

There will be key note addresses from Professor Gayle Letherby of the
University of Plymouth and Professor John Urry from Lancaster
University followed by a mixture of traditional presentations and
innovative workshops, allowing all delegates to reflect actively upon
their work in progress - past, present or future.

The cost of the day is just £12 per delegate. Lunch, tea and coffee
will be provided.

For further information and for booking instructions, please see the
conference website: http://www2.warwick.ac.uk/fac/soc/sociology/postgrad/workinprogress/
