This is Raghu Priya from Bangalore. 

Yesterday I spoke to you regarding Tanvik Reddy( 7 month old) needs bone marrow transplantation.

Please find the attached reports - Medical Report, Cost Estimate and Brother's - Stem cell matching report.

Family History:

Tanvik is son of Srinivasulu and Swetha. Tanvik is having one elder brother (Name: Teja, Age: 4 years)

Sirnivasulu (from Andhra Pradesh) who is working as cook in Girls PG is the only earning person in their family and Swetha is a house wife.

They are not educated and from poor family and not able to afford huge amount (20 lakhs) for his younger son (Tanvik's) Bone Marrow transplantation.

NOTE:

Account details for raising funds are mentioned in attached "Tanvik_Cost_Estimate" document.
