Our visually challenged friend Mr. Muthukumar has admitted in Sri. Balaji Medical College and Hospital, Chrompet, Chennai. It was diagnosed with subtronchataric fracture and infection. As he is from poor economic background, the hospital has given room, food for free of charge. But he has to pay Rs. 1,00,000 for his surgeries. The details are in the attachments, If you are willing to help him please transfer the amount as much as you can to his bank account,

With your / your friend's support the surgery was done in Balaji Hospital, Chennai and he felt fine after a week of surgery. But currently Muthukumar is feeling pain in his leg. He checked in Ganga hospital, Coimbatore which is known for orthopaedic. Doctor says, because of osteoporosis the bones have not been fixed. He got refracture of subtrochanteric fumer with infection. It needs fixation after debridement. The estimate of the surgery is 2-2.5 lakhs. We have attached the authentication letter from the hospital (attached with this mail) and we are seeking to get concession from hospital.
We need your support. Kindly text us know about your financial contribution from your side - how much you can able to transfer. So as based on the total amount would be collected, we may ask doctor to fix the date of surgery. Once we checked all those things, we will let you know when and to which account you have to transfer the amount. Please kindly help and cooperate with us. If you wish to transfer the amount please be let us know.
