Dear Clergy Sisters and Brothers,
Attached is an invitation for you and your community to come to an Open Space gathering to discuss your concerns about the Diocese and to imagine creative, spirit-filled ways to move forward. This gathering, to be facilitated by Michael Wood, is an idea that came out of a similar event held for clergy on September 16. The invitation is now extended to all people of the Diocese to be a part of these creative conversations.
Unfortunately an ordination has been scheduled for the same day – enquiries were made about clashes and we were assured there were none?!* - however if you are committed to attending the ordination feel free to come along to the Open Space afterwards.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: Please encourage your lay people to come to this event. And it would be much appreciated if you could distribute this invitation as widely as possible.
