In "the Way of the Prophet", Richard Rohr said that choosing between
right and wrong is morality, but choosing between two rights - courses
of action - is where we need discernment. However, to be able to do
this we need to be able see the world in an 'and-and' rather than a
dualistic, adversarial 'and-or' way
I hope to be able to work on this worldview in the new year (if it's
the right thing to do!).
