Could not open /dev/ttyUSB0

I am getting this error when I am trying to load HEX file.I open dev folder it is not there in that folder, How to solve this problem.

Give the root access to the serial port ttyUSB0

with the command

sufi chmod 777 /dev/ttyUSB0

There is no ttyUSB0 in /dev folder.So it is giving error like:

chmod: cannot access '/dev/ttyUSB0': No such file or Directory.

you have to connect the USB interface from your FPGA to PC and then see whether it is attached to (/dev/ttyUSB0 or 1 or 2..).then give access to it as mentioned in previous reply.

Open and connect to the same in the minidebugger.
