iOS: Where is restartIce() method?

So on iOS how are Ice restarts supposed to be performed? I don't see any
methods on the peer connection called restartIce on the latest sdk. I
need this to be able to renegotiate a connection on ice connection state
going to failed as suggested by the W3C spec.

it was added only recently in https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/webrtc/+/92d12707e00837a978485f731d72ef30cf19d2a2

Note that you can do an ice restart the traditional way by calling createOffer with the iceRestart constraint set to true.

If the spec suggests otherwise they're mistaken.
