Yes, it is possible to not use a STUN/TURN server at all - not even an ICE server. Just leave those parameters out when you create the PeerConnection and it should just work on a LAN.

hello
I would like to know if it was possible to use The RTCPeerConnection of WebRTC APi in LAN. because i was about to build a WebRTC based application in Localhost, linking peers in LAN with an apache server such as EasyPHP or WampServer. because to create an RTCPeerConnection object recquiers that his configuration arg has the link of a STUN/TURN server.
Is it possible to use PeerConnection in LAN not WAN between peers without pointing to a STUN server?
that's my question.

How would you do that?

I want to stream live webcam from one server to all the PCs on the LAN. I am using wampserver. How should I use the peerConnection for it? And I want to set up a one way streaming. So the users can only see the stream.
