AV1 data is not sent from chrome webrtc.

Hi ,

With Chrome Version 123.0.6312.86, chrome WEBRTC is not sending AV1 data whereas its able to receive. Sending and receiving AV1 data was working with version 122.0.6261.95. Could somebody confirm on this behavior.

How did you test it? Does AV1 work with WebRTC codec selection sample?

I've observed something similar in Chrome 124 and reported this bug. I have a fix in review, but I was not able to reproduce this in M123 so it doesn't seem to be the same issue.
