clang modules in OSX and iOS

With recent changes in Chromium build module, clang_modules_platform_supported became the default for OSX and iOS in https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/build/+/refs/heads/main/config/clang/clang.gni#45. Unfortunately, this is not compatible with use_custom_libcxx=false.

Do you have any suggestions besides using use_custom_libcxx=true?
