Video Freeze in mobile side when chrome to android mobile video call Native Mobile App.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When start video call in chrome version 56.0.2924.87 and mobile moto g3 os  
   version 6.0.1
2. Video is working some time fine but most time video freeze in mobile side but in        
   web side video is working fine may be chrome update version not send to the video     
   in mobile side.  
3. Its working fine 3 to 5 month after update of chrome its irregular working. We checked in log but mobile and chrome side nothing showing.

What is the expected result?
  
 video is working fine without freeze.
 
What do you see instead?

    video is working fine early we use my own turn server please suggest me what is the problem its chrome or another problem causes most time video freeze and some time its work aur product is used by client and it is in play store.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

chrome version 56.0.2924.87 and mobile moto g3 os version

This is working in fine in

1. Firefox to Mobile

2. Mobile to Mobile

3. Chrome to Mobile below version of (chrome 55).

But in above version of (chrome 55) video freeze in mobile side.

We are facing same exact issue. issue is always reproducible from Chrome to Android. (in some cases, issue occurs after few minutes, I guess that's because of phone specs; 6GB RAM phone took about 3-4 minutes to freeze; FYI. Chrome video works fine in other word person who is logged-in chrome able to see person who is on Android. ONLY android remove video is frozen. Please fix this bug as early as possible
