Hi,
Our turnserver is having trouble allocating tcp when clients block all udp traffic (their company firewall policy), usually it should fallback to tcp when that is the case, but apparently not, using test.webrtc.org when blocking my outgoing udp to test gives me timed out error for relay connectivity, what could the issue be and how to fix it ?
I saw some say that chrome doesn't support turn/tcp ? others found solutions using an rtp engine ?

Unfortunately, i'm not vey knowledgable when it comes to webrtc, every help would be much appreciated.
Thank you,

Hi Nour,

Can you please check the allocation using the tricke ice test page?

Put only your turn URI, username, password, and select relay. By default, it will create allocation using UDP and TCP protocol
if UDP is blocked it will create allocation using TCP protocol.

Thanks,
Shakeeb
