Is the testing flags in Chrome not working any more?

It was working good, but recently I found the testing flags not working in Chrome 63.

I start Chrome using `google-chrome --use-fake-ui-for-media-stream`, it said unsupported.

Any other way that I can use a fake cam in Google Chrome right now?
