WebRTC native on windows platform

Hi All,

I compiled webrtc native on a 64 bit windows machine using steps mentioned in https://webrtc.org/native-code/development . There are few dll files generated in out folder, but could not find any file/dll that I can refer in my windows native application ( C#). Can you please point me right path, I need to use datachannel from webrtc.

I tried this repo, but was not able to build over my machine, It was showing me compilation and linking issues. Can you please let me know any pre-requisite softwares.

I am compiling over

OS - Windows 10 64 bit

IDE - Visual Studio 2015 update 3
