An important change to the development of WebRTC in Chrome. The Chrome WebRTC team will continue their work in the Blink codebase instead of WebKit.

Since Blink is already in Canary, this won't have any noticeable effect on those of us writing WebRTC web apps, right?

That's correct, i think it would not impact those writing WebRTC web apps.
