Greetings,

We're trying to deliver a version of a WebRTC-enabled page that's compatible with Safari on iOS11. It's working and processing Opus, but audio to the phone is delivered universally to the phone's speaker rather than the handset earpiece.
As an example,
works but can only use the iphone's speaker.
This is probably fine for video conferencing but our app is audio-only, and it would be more acceptable for the user to hold the phone to her ear.
I know iOS Safari doesn't offer output device selection, but has anybody found a hack to always use the earpiece of an iPhone rather than the speaker for WebRTC audio output?

Also looking for solution here.

I found out that if user are clicking the red microphone icon on the URL bar, the audio output actually will change from speaker to earpiece, however, you also disable the record function as well, which mean the other side can not hear you anymore.

Any one find a fix or work around?
