As of https://chromiumdash.appspot.com/commit/d8633868b34dc1d841f0a9fd1afe2bc22aa8bde6 which should land in M119 libWebRTC will have SRTP GCM ciphers enabled by default.

It's still possible to disable them by manually turning the option off:

CryptoOptions options;

options.srtp.enable_gcm_crypto_suites = false;
