In the process of gathering ICE candidates, the same browser(chrome) produces different results.

Hello everyone, 

I'm new to develop WebRTC.

There is something I don't understand about the process of gathering ICE candidates.

As in the picture below, when gathering candidates in here, candidates can be obtained normally.

However, when I got the source code from github and ran the same page in locally, there were no results other than the local address as shown below.

Where does this difference come from?
