All members are not receiving messages from data channel

I made a group video call connection with WebRTC and it was successful. I created a data channel and it works well between two users, but once a new user joins the call, the new user receives all the data channel messages and the other two users won't receive each others messages again.

- Two users connect, receives each other's messages

- A new user connects, the new user receives all messages

- The other two users lost their data channel connection, but they can relate with the new user

- While this happens, Nothing is absolutely wrong with video call connection. All three parties connects successfully through the call.

- The only problem is with the data channel connection
