Issue Facing iceCandidateState is showing disconnected but on reverse connection it is connected

I'm getting audio transmitting issue on call when sender and reciever connecting to each other on different PC then audio is not transmitting but In some browser if first person call second person then call and audio transmitting and iceConnectionState is connected but on reverse it is not audible and iceConnectionState is diconnected.
                    I'm using both STUN and TURN server for testing TURN server i am using is from metered.ca. please someone facing same issue or if anybody know about this then please help to resolve this issue.
