Is there a consensus view on the best library/tool to use to build a linux webrtc client. I'm hoping to stream video from a camera attached to a linux box to a web browser. I'm aware of several implementations (libwebrtc, sourcey) but would appreciate pointers to others. I'd like to avoid building large chunks of the chromium codebase if at all possible.

Alex,

You can use webrtc native https://webrtc.org/native-code/ for this task, webrtc native supports video capture/playout, audio capture/playout on Linux.
