Hello,

Did anyone manage to build webrtc for android with Audio only?

I have tried to remove video support for space consideration, but its entangled into the rtp_rtcp module.

I guess it matters which part. Basically though, yes. The audio only example I managed to compile a while ago, which might not be working with trunk and require a touch of massaging.

Then, you have:
https://github.com/lukeweber/webrtc-jingle which is webrtc audio engine mixed with libjingle signalling.

I'm managing to do it, but I still have a problem with rtp_rtcp module which is tightly coupled with the video codecs(H264,VP8)

You want to post an error. In my experience, it shouldn't be that hard, maybe just a matter of a slight modification Android.mk to comment out a define for video or the dump... defs that include protobuf code for tests. Or just commeting out tests altogether in a few cases.

Hi
I know this is an old thread and probably not relevant anymore, but can you point me to some resources which will help me compile the webrtc code for audio communication only ?
I am able to compile the standard webrtc code but have not found any options for compiling it without video support. My main concern is increased library size.

Thanks
