Hello,

When I try to use google-webrtc-1.0.+ in an Android app, I have the following errors appearing in logcat, preventing all ICE candidates with non-loopback addresses to be successfully instantiated and sent to the server.

With UDP candidates  03-21 13:09:09.254 5774 5806 W physical_socket_server.cc: (line 200): Binding socket to network address 172.17.84.115 failed; result: -3 03-21 13:09:09.254 5774 5806 E basic_packet_socket_factory.cc: (line 53): UDP bind failed with error 101

With TCP candidates  03-21 19:38:16.313 15880 15912 W physical_socket_server.cc: (line 200): Binding socket to network address 172.17.84.115 failed; result: -3 03-21 19:38:16.313 15880 15912 E basic_packet_socket_factory.cc: (line 78): TCP bind failed with error 101

This is very surprising, because using Netcat, I am perfectly capable of creating TCP server sockets or UDP datagram sockets on the same IP addresses with any port of the WebRTC range, for example 54321.

What could explain this error?

Thank you so much!
