Google congestion control (Sender side estimation)

Hi All,

I want to analyze Google congestion control (Sender side band width estimation). 

I have some confusion on the webrtc version in the below path 

https://chromium.googlesource.com/external/webrtc/.

There are  two repositories main and  master branches are available in the Chromium webrtc github.

Can you please help me the Differences between these main and master branches ? Which stable version to be considered for Google Congestion Control (sender side band width estimation).
