Anyone know how to do this?

When a new call comes to the Chrome browser, i want to play a ring sound out the speaker, yet change audio output to headset after they answer.

Somebody has to have experience with this.  Skype, GotoMeeting, Hangouts, they all can ring the speakers even if the audio device is set to their headset.  How can I change the audio input / output in Chrome / WebRTC?

Please Advise.

Currently, you cannot change the output device.

On a mobile device, changing the audio source from speakerphone to headset using MediaStreamTrack.getSources and getUserMedia, sound can be redirected to the speakerphone or the headset.

The original poster wants the change the audio output, not the audio input.
