Just test the webrtc getUserMedia live demo. The demo url is  https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/getusermedia/gum/ . It is not  workable in android 7.0  for  chrome, but it's workable for the latest version of firefox in android 7.0.  I have tried the versions(56~59) of chrome in android 7.0 to open the demo, Nothing shows except black video stream. And it's also workable for chrome in android 6.0 or below.

Who can help me or anything i did miss?

Thanks

I have met a problem very same to yours, camera from the phone gives black screen, I was using:
- app = talky.io
- chrome = 60.0.3112.107
- device = huawei p10 android 7.0

@ding, did you solved this?

Hi,

Could be due to the dual camera system. Have you tried selecting different cameras using https://webrtc.github.io/samples/src/content/devices/input-output/ ?

Same problem here! It is not possible to access any camera from chrome, firefox is working but only with simple constraint (I need to use deviceId: {exact: id} as in this page: https://simpl.info/getusermedia/sources/ and this is not working also in Firefox).

The funny thing is that after 30 sec it calls the success handler anyway but the camera remains black. Anyone solved this problem ?
