WebRTC Video Quality Analyzer Test

Hello Everyone

I see that WebRTC has an end to end video quality analyzer that can perform Full Reference analysis on the video output, but the documentation doesn't provide a guide on how to conduct this test. Is anyone aware of how to run this test?

Is it possible to get this information on-the-fly? Maybe before leaving the sender or before chrome sends it to the page you mentioned?
