These vulnerable versions of WebRTC use usrsctp, a third-party library that is the source of the vulnerabilities, and is no longer used by WebRTC.

We have an issue with the webRTC use usrsctp. It seems that bad/old version after we publish it in Playstore. 

I also read the document, which was a suggestion from the google play store. But I can not edit in your library. https://support.google.com/faqs/answer/12577537
Please support me update for usrsctp with the new version.
