Discuss the x-ulpfecuc

Hello, I have a question about the FEC. Now I read some articles that show the x-ulpfecuc is used to SIP SDP offer and answer.  
Does the WebRTC support the x-ulpfecuc?
What's the x-ulpfecuc difference from the ulpfec.

If you know about this, Could you please tell me some information?

This is a nonstandard Microsoft extension (like X-H264UC):

and not supported by WebRTC.
