Hi,

NAT detection is typically not recommended because the information is
not reliable; ICE is the solution to these problems. Can you tell why
you need it?

In case my application in behind two NATs. All ICE candidates gets local IP address and does have any ICE candidate with server reflexive IP.
Does ICE framework provides any information based on which application can decide that peer-to-peer connection is not possible?

 I think ICE connection states can be used to decide if peer-to-peer
connection is not possible. You can refer to RTCIceState in the spec
http://www.w3.org/TR/webrtc/#rtcicestate-enum.
