How should i use “playout-delay” feature？

Hi

I tried to use the "playout-delay" feature to improve the fluency .

when i use only video stream, and set "playout-delay" to 500ms, that is ok; 

but when i use audio and video at the same time, the latency can't controled ! even i find googMinPlayoutDelayMs smaller than 500ms, why?
