How to disable building libvpx and not use VPX codec in webrtc

Dear All,

How to disable building libvpx and not use VPX codec in webrtc? it seem libvpx not support armv5 compiling, so i want to disable libvpx and not use VP8/9 codec.

no, just replace codec without VP8/9, so remove libvpx is okey for me.
